About us

A creative agency at the intersection of design, culture and purpose.

IF YOU WANT TO TURN HEADS AND CHANGE MINDS, THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTS.

At CCS, we design for good, making great things happen for great people. We are designers, artists, writers, musicians, strategists and technologists united by the belief that creative thinking can move people, organizations and ideas forward.

Since 2005, we’ve worked with changemakers large and small to turn big ideas into meaningful and holistic experiences that authentically connect with their audiences. From nonprofits and museums to start-ups and universities, our team designs for impact. Online and offline we pack a punch, offering a wide range of services and taking inspiration from everywhere and everything. That means our solutions are exactly what each client wants and needs even if they didn’t know it at first.

WHEN YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO,
YOU GET GREAT RESULTS.

When we find joy in the creative process, it shows. That’s why everything we do comes from a place of passion and play.

WE LIKE TO PLAY, BUT WE’RE LASER-FOCUSED.

We cut through the noise and trends to reveal what’s needed, always keeping in mind that the best outcomes come from experimenting, poking and prodding. That means we love to tinker, making room for mindful discovery as we work toward concrete goals.

WE CHECK ALL THE BOXES, BUT WE THINK OUTSIDE THEM.

We step back to find clarity and see the whole picture for every project. Then, we shake things up, see where they land and follow the wild ideas where they lead. By bringing an interdisciplinary strategy to multidisciplinary projects, we do more and better.

WE’RE INTENTIONALLY SMALL, BUT WE DO BIG THINGS.

Our team is agile and impactful, offering a high-touch, personalized experience to every one of our clients. We believe in transparency and prioritize mental health and wellness because we want those deep, know-you-better-than-you-know-yourself relationships. Those are the types that build brands that do big and important things.

WE KNOW OUR STUFF, BUT WE LOVE YOUR PERSPECTIVE.

We appreciate everyone’s expertise and our partnerships built on trust and empathy. This yields seamless processes, respectful relationships and outcomes that feel true to the client.

Our Team

STRONG BRANDS START WITH STRONG PEOPLE.

When you work with us, you get all of us, because we’re building relationships that last. We prioritize health and wellness through work-life balance and find inspiration beyond the studio.
